NZ players available for full IPL season

A few days after reports suggested that Australia and England players won't be available after May 1 for the IPL next year, NZ cricket confirmed that its players will be available for the entire IPL 2019 season.

“One of the things New Zealand Cricket has decided is to allow its players to play in the Indian Premier League right till the end of the IPL,” James Wear, GM Commercial, New Zealand Cricket, told PTI.

“So, we are keen to give our guys as much experience playing all around the world as possible so that they get a great experience by playing in the IPL.”

The auctions are expected to be held on December 17-18 in Jaipur.
