Spinners should never bowl a no ball

A bowler running in and then overstepping is an error, more so if the bowler is a spinner who trundles in from a short distance.

This is a cardinal sin, one that should be avoided at all costs, because coming off a short run-up gives you enough leeway to ensure you do not push the boundaries. Hence, spinners should always be aware of the crease and make sure their foot never strays beyond it.
