On 30th March, Indian off-spin duo Harbhajan Singh and Ravichandran Ashwin decided to swap their vernacular for a fun video on BCCI.tv named “Just for Laughs”. They both also talked about the best memories about each other.

The video starts with Ashwin deciding to teach Harbhajan some basic Tamil and the latter passed on Punjabi to the other. Both of them had to hear the sentences twice before repeating it.

Ashwin jokingly said that he thought that Harbhajan was talking in Chinese. He said, “I didn’t understand initially, I thought it was something in Chinese,”

After that, they discussed their Test centuries and the net sessions of Team India.

When asked who the most irritating cricket at the nets is, they both promptly took Ravindra Jadeja’s name. Ashwin said, “Ravindra Jadeja is the most irritating cricketer at the nets. It is difficult to make him accept anything,”

The senior pal said that he would like to learn the carom ball trick from Ashwin while Ashwin wants to learn Harbhajan’s doosra.

Ashwin also remembered the famous Kolkata Test back in 2001, where Harbhajan scored a hat-trick and helped India win the match. He said, “I was studying in the eighth standard that time. I used to come back home to watch the match.”

Harbhajan also spoke about his favorite Ashwin delivery and talked about the delivery where he got AB de Villiers out LBW in last year’s Test series in India.
