Shikhar Dhawan has unbelievable stats when we talk about ICC tournaments. The Delhi-lad starts playing in a different league when it comes to crucial matches. Right since U19 days, the Delhi-born-cricketer has proved his mettle during ICC tournaments.

The Southpaw scored 505 runs in seven innings at an average of 84.16 during the 2004 U-19 World Cup. At the international stage, the 33-year-old got to play his first ICC tournament during the Champions Trophy 2013 and he didn't disappoint as he was the highest run-scorer in that tournament having scored 363 runs in 5 innings at an average of 90.75.

Dhawan did well in the 2015 World Cup as well as he scored most number of runs for India in that tournament. During 2017 Champions Trophy, the Gabbar of the Indian team was in scintillating form yet again as he scored 338 runs in 5 innings and finish on top of the run-scorers’ list.

Now, the 12th edition of the World Cup is about to begin and the Indian fans will definitely want Shikhar Dhawan to carry his legacy of ICC tournaments and win the World Cup with his batting.
