Australia v West Indies - ICC Women's World Cup 2017
Taylor struggled for the most part

Stafanie Taylor is the highest run scorer and the highest wicket taker for West Indies in ODIs, with 3657 runs and 119 wickets respectively. However, she wasn’t quite herself during the World Cup as she struggled for both runs and wickets.

Barring her score of 90 against Pakistan, she could only manage 89 runs in six games at an average of 14.83. She started the tournament with a gutsy knock of 45 against Australia, but her campaign was derailed thereafter.

Even with the ball, she could only muster five wickets in the event. Her best figures of 2/33 came during West Indies’ opening game against Australia. West Indies heavily banked on Taylor to shepherd them, but she couldn’t deliver this time around.
