India's report card after Asia Cup 2018 triumph

England v India - 3rd ODI: Royal London One-Day Series
Rohit Sharma

Dinesh Karthik

India v West Indies: Group B - ICC Champions Trophy
Dinesh Karthik

Dinesh Karthik had a decent Asia Cup, getting good starts but failed to convert them into big scores. He was given the chance to bat at number four but he failed to nail down the position for good.

Rating- 6/10.

Mahendra Singh Dhoni

The former India captain had a below-par tournament as he struggled to find his rhythm with the bat. There are serious question marks now raised about whether he still can be the player he once was and whether he can be a viable option for the World Cup. He was excellent with the gloves on, though, and also helped India in a couple of DRS referrals.

Rating- 6/10.

Kedar Jadhav

Kedar Jadhav's last ball heroics in the final of the Asia Cup will endear him to Indian cricket fans for years to come. This was also the tournament where he came to be known as the golden arm of Indian cricket, providing crucial breakthroughs with the ball.

Rating- 7/10.
