India vs Bangladesh 2019, 2nd Test: Bangladesh's predicted XI

Bangladesh will look to register their first points in the ICC World Test Championship when they lock horns with India at Eden Gardens. This contest will mark the first appearance of both India and Bangladesh in a day-night Test match.

Mominul Haque will have to lead Bangladesh from the front

Since reserve opener Saif Hassan has been ruled out of the second Test, Imrul Kayes and Shadman Islam will open the innings for the visitors. Skipper Mominul Haque will back them up at No 3.

The three wicket-keeping batsmen in the side -- Mohammad Mithun, Mushfiqur Rahim and Liton Das -- will form the team's middle order, followed by the two spin-bowling all-rounders Mahmudullah and Mehidy Hasan.

Mustafizur Rahman may replace Taijul Islam

Slow left-arm spinner Taijul Islam may lose his place to Mustafizur Rahman because the pink-ball will assist pace bowlers in Kolkata. Abu Jayed will retain his place after a four-wicket haul in the first Test, but Al-Amin Hossain may come in for Ebadat Hossain in the match lineup.
