Rohit Sharma: 8.5/10

The Indian skipper had a fantastic day as both captain and batsman. He controlled the entire field and made all the right decisions with his tactics. The bowlers backed him up and executed his plans to perfection.

Moreover, with the bat, Rohit provided the much-needed stability by playing a captain's innings. He was aggressive too, and hit 6 fours and 3 sixes in his innings. He scored 52 runs off 39 balls and absolutely dominated the Pakistani bowlers. The team would hope that he continues his brilliance in the upcoming matches.

Shikhar Dhawan: 8/10

Shikhar Dhawan continued his tremendous form and formed a good partnership with Rohit that laid the foundation for the middle order batsmen. He was calm and played the supporting role as his partner at the other end attacked the bowlers. He scored 46 off 54 deliveries before cutting the ball straight to Babar Azam at backward point.

Ambati Rayudu: 7.5/10

Rayudu came in after the wicket of the Indian skipper. He had to play the crucial number 3 role and took on the responsibility to finish the innings along with Dinesh Karthik. The experienced Rayudu was calm throughout and played a steady innings, scoring 31 off 46 deliveries.

Dinesh Karthik: 7.5/10

Similar to Rayudu, Karthik played a steady innings to help India win the game with ease. Karthik scored 31 off 37 deliveries and formed a healthy partnership with Rayudu.

Mahendra Singh Dhoni: 6/10

Dhoni was exceptional behind the stumps yet again as he took two catches and one stumping. He was consistent throughout the innings except for one dropped catch. He didn't get the opportunity to bat.

Kedar Jadhav: 9/10

Jadhav was exceptionally good with the ball in this match. He bowled 9 overs and conceded 23 runs, but most importantly registered 3 wickets and a maiden. He took the crucial wicket of the Pakistani skipper, and his unorthodox bowling action deceived the Pakistani batsmen and troubled them throughout his 9 overs.

Hardik Pandya: N/A

Bhuvneshwar Kumar: 9/10

Along with Jadhav, Bhuvneshwar Kumar was unquestionably magnificent as he bowled 7 overs and conceded 15 runs while picking up 3 wickets. He troubled the Pakistani openers and eventually took both of their wickets.

Kuldeep Yadav: 6.5/10

Kuldeep wasn't at his best but continued to flight the ball and trouble a few batsmen. He took the crucial wicket of the dangerous Babar Azam with an absolutely stunning delivery. He finished his spell with 8 overs conceding 37 runs along with one wicket.

Yuzvendra Chahal: 6/10

Similar to Kuldeep, Chahal wasn't able to come to grips with the surface and take wickets. Moreover, the batsmen played the spinners cautiously, which restricted their wicket-taking opportunities. Chahal finished his spell bowling 7 overs and conceding 34 runs. However, he didn't have any wickets to his name.

Jasprit Bumrah 8/10

Bumrah was an absolute nightmare for the Pakistani openers as he started his spell by bowling two maiden overs. He was economical and consistent with his line and length. He had the pace and mixed up his line and length to deceive the batsmen. The 24-year-old bowled 7 overs and conceded 23 runs while taking two wickets.
