India vs Sri Lanka 2017: India's predicted XI to take on Sri Lanka in the 3rd T20I

Australia v India - Game 3

Middle-order:

Shreyas Iyer:

<p>

After impressing the selectors in the ODI series, the 23-year-old youngster has not had much of an impact in the T20I series. He got off to a good start in the first game but was unable to carry on and score a big one.

He hardly had a chance to prove himself in the 2nd match as he came into bat right at the end of the innings, and was dismissed for a duck.

The team management will most likely persist with him once again given that the series is already won.

MS Dhoni:

New Zealand v India

Rohit Sharma's plan to promote MS Dhoni up the order paid dividends as the latter has been amongst the runs in the first two games.

He was unable to finish off the innings in the previous encounter as he was dismissed in the final over as he looked to clear the boundary.

With him having a lot of success at no.4, Virat Kohli might consider using him at the same spot during the South Africa tour.
