Yuzvendra Chahal played the first three ODIs of the series and took five wickets. But he proved to be pretty expensive and his wicket-taking ability has considerably diminished since the Asia Cup.

In the last 11 ODIs starting from the tour of England, the leg-spinner has taken only 13 wickets. Besides, he was found wanting on the field too. With Jadeja making a solid case, his spot in the playing eleven is not guaranteed anymore.
