Rohit Rayudu starred with the bat for Hyderabad as he led from the front to help them record a comfortable 101-run victory over Chhattisgarh. Rayudu's 75 and Bavanaka Sandeep's 44 helped Hyderabad post 222/9 and the duo shared a77-run stand for the fourth wicket. Although Pankaj Kumar Rao's ran through the middle order, Hyderabad did enough to get over 200 and that proved to be too much for Chhattisgarh.

Chasing 223 for victory, they were bowled out for 121 in 33.3 overs as Mehdi Hasan and Saaketh Sairam shared three wickets apiece to help Hyderabad defend the total with ease.
