Mahendra Singh Dhoni has been in the news for all the right reasons lately. The wicketkeeper-batsman who captains the Indian team in the shorter formats of the game had his biopic released last month.
The movie, MS Dhoni: The Untold Story has taken the nation by storm since its release on 30th September 2016. The movie has received positive reviews from both the critics and fans. It has Sushant Singh Rajput playing the lead.
The movie gives a detailed description of Dhoni's journey from a small-town boy to a World Cup winning captain. It reveals the struggles that he had to go through in his early days in order to become the champion that he is today and also talks about the role of women in Dhoni's life and how they had an influence on him becoming a cricketer.
The fans even got to relive the 2011 World Cup-winning moment at the climax of the movie, but this time at a different platform. The biopic serves as a treat to his fans who were over the moon after watching the movie.

It is only the fifth Bollywood movie released in 2016 to open in excess of Rs. 50 crore in the opening weekend.
