Team India's talismanic all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja recently paid a visit to the Kutch district in Gujarat with wife Rivaba to seek blessings of Maa Ashapura at Mata No Madh.

The iconic temple was built in the 14th century for Ashapura Mata, the deity of the former Jadeja rulers in Kutch. The star cricketer has also previously visited the holy place of worship on several occasions.

Taking to his Instagram account on Saturday, January 13, Jadeja shared a picture of him and wife praying to Ashapura Mata. He captioned the post:

On the cricketing front, Ravindra Jadeja was last seen in action during India's two-match away from home Test series against South Africa. He was ruled out of the first game due to a back spasm.

He failed to make a significant impact in the second Test. He was dismissed for a duck in the first innings and did not get to bowl a single over.
