Australian all-rounder Aaron Hardie reduced England from 65/3 to 65/5 within minutes in the second ODI at Leeds, thanks to two sensational catches. The first he took off his own bowling against Ben Duckett and it was followed by Alex Carey's blinder to send back Liam Livingstone on the next ball.

It happened in the 10th over of England's chase of 271. On the second ball, Hardie dug a cutter into the pitch and it got stuck in to come off quite slowly to Duckett. He got sucked into the pull shot but the ball lobbed off the face of his bat to Hardie's left.

The bowler showed amazing reflexes to hold his left hand out and cup the ball inches above the ground. Carey closely watched it unfold from behind the stumps. On the next ball, when Livingstone tried to nudge a rank loose ball on the leg-stump past him, the left-handed keeper stooped low to his good side (despite being slightly wrong footed initially) and completed a brilliant catch. Watch the video here:

While Duckett got out for 32 (25) -- an important wicket because it came on the backs of a 95 in the previous game -- Livingstone recorded his third duck in ODIs.

Before Aaron Hardie's double strike, Alex Carey kept Australia in the game

The double strike made the chase interesting because after the first innings, Australia's 270 looked quite under-par. But they couldn't have come close to that if it wasn't for Carey.

He came to bat at 161/6 and witnessed the situation quickly worsen to 221/9. But his maturity in strike rotation and how to go about shielding Josh Hazlewood on the other end, while hitting regular boundaries and sixes gave Australia a chance to compete.

The pattern of a cluster of wickets falling together have continued from the previous innings too. Catch the rest of the match to see whether that'll still go on or England will make a comeback here.
