Not surprisingly, Zinta posted a congratulatory tweet after India's historic win, like many other celebs did. But she was later trolled for committing a factual mistake in her tweet.

In a tweet that Zinta has since deleted, she said, "Congratulations to the boys in blue for being the first Asian team to win a test match down under @cheteshwar1 take a bow#AUSvsIND #victory #ting #TeamIndia #IndianCricketTeam @BCCI”.

India became the first ever Asian team to clinch a Test 'series' against the ruthless Aussies in their own backyard and not the first ever Asian side to win a Test match, as mentioned by the actress. What's next?

The 2-1 series victory is undoubtedly one of India's finest overseas Test series wins. Everyone will have to watch out for the No. 1 ranked side when they take on the West Indies in their opening ICC World Cricket Championship fixture after the conclusion of the World Cup.
