Will India-WI matches be affected?

It all began when the second ODI between India and West Indies was moved out of Indore due to the issue of complimentary passes. Now the TNCA and MCA have objected to the policy of complimentary passes with neither side looking like they will back down and more matches could be shifted.

However, Vinod Rai assured that there won't be any disruption to the ODI and T20I leg of the series against Windies, which immediately follow the ongoing Test series.

“We’ve no doubt about the policy. Whether or not any association is able to stage the games, the schedule won’t be disrupted. The matches will be held as per the plan. We’ve back-up plans ready. Our professional team of Rahul Johri, Hemang Amin and Saba Karim are working towards this,” Rai told Mumbai Mirror.

TNCA will have a meeting on Wednesday to decide whether they should be staging the T20I on November 11 while the Mumbai Cricket Association are also set to take a call on whether to host the fourth ODI once an adhoc committee is formed.
