#1 Jonny Bairstow
The third English batsmen in this list, Jonny Bairstow has been the most prolific run scorer so far this year. He was not a permanent member of the English line-up until the end of last year as they had the services of Indispensable Jos Butler as a wicket-keeper. So he scored a truckload of runs for Yorkshire in the Royal one day cup and made it impossible for the selectors to ignore him.
