Video: Devendra Bishoo recreates Shane Warne's magic exactly after 22 years

It looks like Devendra Bishoo has recreated the ‘ball of the century’ bowled by Shane Warne 22 years ago to Mike Gatting. And the irony is that it has come exactly on the same date (the 4th of June). The incident happened during the ongoing first Test between Australia and the West Indies at Dominica.

The Windies who are playing this Test without veteran Shivnarine Chanderpaul were bundled out for just 148 in their first innings and in return, the Aussies were also struggling to put up huge partnerships. Bishoo’s leg spin was the main threat as the ball spun a lot on this slow track every time he bowled.

And then in the 44th over, it was the Australian wicket-keeper Brad Haddin’s turn to become the leg-spinner’s 4th victim as the ball which pitched just outside the leg stump went on to turn massively and hit the top of the off stump in no time. Immediately, cricket fans all over the world took to Twitter to reveal how it reminded them of Warne’s magic delivery which was voted the ‘ball of the century’.
