Ravindra Jadeja was chucked out of the team after a disappointing World Cup

Ravindra Jadeja, who has made a rip-roaring comeback into the India side with 21 wickets already in the India-South Africa Test series, turns 27 years old on Day 4 of the Delhi Test.

Jadeja, who made his international debut as a 20-year-old back in 2009, has been an integral part of the India team for the past few years as an all-rounder. He has endeared himself to the team as well as to the nation with his unique on-field approach as well as the panache with which he carries himself off the cricket field.

A bunch of India players – including Cheteshwar Pujara, Virat Kohli, Ishant Sharma, Ajinkya Rahane, Murali Vijay – got together to make this following video in honour of Jaddu. The aspects explored include his comeback, his hard work, his horses, and an ambition of becoming India’s highest ever wicket taker.
