Indian team whitewashed England in both ODI and T20 bilateral series for the blind

Another spectacular win for the World Champions - On 30th May 2015 India played third and the last T-20 Match against England as part of the ongoing Bi-lateral series cricket for the blind. India continued their winning spree over England playing at the Arundel Castle cricket Foundation ground in England.

The Indian team won the toss and elected to bat, had a excellent partnership of 98 between Prakash and Ketan Patel before Prakash was bowled out for 63 of just 27balls hitting twelve boundaries. Thereafter Shekar Naik joined Ketan Patel.

Together they went on to score a massive 257. Shekar Naik got out in the last ball of the Indian innings for 79 of 47 balls hitting 12 boundaries. Ketan Patel B1 player carried the bat and remained unbeaten at 102 of just 46 balls.

Highlights of the England bowling Nathen Foy and Luke Sugg took a Wicket each. In reply England started off well and showed some beautiful batting skills. In the initial overs because of India’s excellent bowling and outstanding fielding they could just manage to score 184 for a loss of 8 Wickets. At the end of 20 Overs, Led with 37 and Luke Sugg 22 were the top scorers from England. For India Tijender Pal Singh took 2 Wickets for 35 runs in 4 Overs.

India won the Match by 73 runs and Ketan Patel was adjudged the Man of the Match.
