Cesar Azpilicueta is the most distinguished defender in this Chelsea side. He is deployed as a center-back in FIFA and not a right back. However, with his pace of 76, you could shift his position like Sarri.
Marcos Alonso, as expected has the best shot power and accuracy amongst this bunch of players. He's rated at 82, with shooting abilities of 73 and defensive capabilities of 80. Not a bad option at left-back.
Sarri's most preferred center-back pairing of David Luiz and Antonio Rudiger are just fine at 83 and 82 respectively. The latter, who is one of the fastest players in the league without the ball, may not be too happy with his pace (73) rating which is as much as Alonso's and lesser than that of Azpilicueta.
