FuturLab is teaming up with American game developer Sierra Games to bring the critically acclaimed Velocity 2X on multiple platforms like PC, Mac, Linux and Xbox One together. As of now, no release date has been given, but according to a new blog post on the Activision’s Games Blog, the ports will be released this summer.
Activision recently confirmed the return of ‘Sierra Games’ at Gamescom 2014. Two new announcements were made later on. It was revealed that Sierra would be publishing ‘Geometry Wars 3: Dimensions’ and a reboot of the iconic point-and-click series ‘King’s Quest’ was in the making.
Velocity 2X was released on PS4 and PS Vita last September.
