Dune Awakening features a vast map with various regions, making fast travel essential for players who want to explore quickly. There is a secret taxi service in the game that acts as a fast travel option. Initially, this will be locked and become available after completing the “A Wider World” quest. Unfortunately, this taxi service is not free, and you must pay a fair amount of Solarai Coins each time you use it.
This article guides you on how to travel quickly in Dune Awakening.
How to fast travel in Dune Awakening
You can fast travel to any place by interacting with the Ornithopter pilot and spending Solarai Coins. You can unlock such a taxi system in the game after completing the “A Wider World” quest. While doing the “A Touch of Civilisation” quest, you will eventually come across the Griffin’s Reach Tradepost area.

Once you are there, the “A Wider World” quest will automatically trigger, asking you to talk to the Ornithopter pilot. You can find Ornithopter Pilots in major cities and tradeposts who can help you fly and quickly transport you in exchange for some Solari Coins. At the beginning stage of the title, you will find one of them in the Hagga Basin, inside a large building.

As you enter, you will find them standing in a corner. Talk to them, and a dialogue box will appear. Click on “I want you to fly me somewhere.” This will offer you quick travel options to three regions: Hagga Basin, Arrakeen, and Harko Village. If you want to travel outside of Hagga Basin, you will need to pay 2,500 Solari Coins.
