Is the 84+ Double Upgrade SBC worth it?

The repeatable challenge has quite a short list of requirements that are fairly simple in themselves, making it ideal for EA FC 24 players looking to grind it out. Since there are no chemistry requirements, one can use a wide variety of cards from their Ultimate Team squads.
