Luis Suarez might have won LaLiga with Barcelona, but the striker is nowhere close to his best. He has been missing a lot of chances, and there are a lot of games where the Catalan side have struggled because of him.
Rated as the 3rd best striker in FIFA 19 with a rating of 91, the Uruguayan is set for a downgrade. He is likely to be pushed to 89 but deserves to be around 87 in FIFA 20.
