Virgil van Dijk has been the best defender in the world this season. The Dutchman can easily be termed as the reason why Liverpool are flying high and are also unbeaten in the Premier League.
With him playing brilliantly on the pitch, EA are bound to give him an upgrade. His base card is currently at 85 with 2 other cards that stand at 86-rated (UCL & TOTW) and 87-rated (RTTF & TOTW).
The 86-rated card might just turn out to be his base card as well come February. His 86-rated IF card has a defence rating of 88 – which is arguably the best reflection of his on-field performances.
Van Dijk is currently the costliest defender among FUT gold cards in the Premier League at 189k and should he get an 86 rated card, expect it go for 250k at least.
