Genshin Impact Reinforced Reminiscence Guide (Day 2): How to follow the memory and find the correct location

The second trial of the Reinforced Reminiscence in Genshin Impact's The Recollector's Path event is finally available. Similar to the first trial, Sorush will receive a Memory Fragment, and players must help her find the correct location in the memory and match it with the actual site to restore the Reminiscence. The objective of this challenge is to test Sorush's ability and see if she can become the true Bloomguard of the Pari.

The day two trial of Reinforced Reminiscence is called The Deceased and is located in an underground cave near Tunigi Hollow. This Genshin Impact article will guide players on how to complete the second trial of the Reinforced Reminiscence trial.

Genshin Impact Reinforced Reminiscence: The Deceased trial guide and location

The second trial of Reinforced Reminiscence is located near Tunigi Hollow inside an underground cave. To get there, simply use the waypoint and head left. On a side note, there might be some Genshin Impact players who haven't completed the Khvarena of Good and Evil World Quest series. They can still participate in the event by choosing the Quick Start option in the event menu.

To start the trial, simply interact with the mechanism and click on Begin Trial. By doing so, Sorush will receive a Memory Fragment with an image that players must match with the actual site to complete the challenge. Luckily, the "correct location" for this trial is in front of the tunnel entrance near the teleport waypoint, so head there and face the giant Gray Crystals. Now activate the Memory Fragment and keep adjusting the image from different angles until it matches.

That said, finding the exact correct location in the memory can be slightly difficult without assistance, but Genshin Impact fans shouldn't worry, even if they fail to locate it. Once 30 seconds have passed since starting the trial, a hint will appear on the top center of the screen, which will display the distance between the correct spot and Sorush.

Players can use this clue to correctly locate the exact spot, trigger the Memory Fragment, and adjust the image to restore the Reminiscence, as shown above. Fortunately, there is no penalty for using the hint, so one can still receive the Primogem rewards. However, do note that the trial will end in failure if the players leave the event area, and they will have to begin the trial again.

Genshin Impact players can earn 30 Primogems and three Oasis Garden's Kindness weapon ascension materials by completing The Deceased Trial. The remaining challenges in The Recollector's Path event are time gated and will be unlocked in a few days' time.
