Genshin Impact Surtalogi JP, CN, and KR VA revealed

Surtalogi is the master of upcoming 5-star character Skirk, and is also known as "Surtalogi, the Foul". He is one of the "five sinners" of Khaenri'ah, and was first mentioned by Skirk in the Fontaine Archon Quest. The Genshin Impact 5.7 livestream revealed Surtalogi's voice very briefly as well, even though his official design is still under wraps.
