This is HoYoverse's first collaboration with McDonald's, although they have previously collaborated with other fast-food and restaurant chains, such as KFC and Pizza Hut. The Genshin Impact x McDonald's collab will be available only in the United States for the time being, with no further announcements regarding availability in any other country.

The Genshin Impact x McDonald's collab will be available in the US from September 17 to September 29, 2024. Special Genshin Impact-themed food items will be available for purchase through the official McDonald's app over the course of this collab.

As mentioned, no information has been revealed yet about the availability of this collaboration in other countries. As of now, only United States residents are eligible to take part in it.

Two special food items will be available for purchase in the Genshin Impact x McDonald's collab. Buying these items via the McDonald's app will reward fans with exclusive in-game items. These are the items and the rewards that will be available for purchase:

Purchasing a Genshin Impact Apple Pie through the McDonald's app will reward buyers with one "Genshin Impact x McDonald's Apple Pie Redemption Code." This code can be redeemed in exchange for the following in-game rewards:

2) Genshin Impact Deluxe McCrispy Meal

Buying the Genshin Impact Deluxe McCrispy Meal via the McDonald's app will give buyers one "Genshin Impact x McDonald's Deluxe Meal Redemption Code.' Redeeming this code will grant the following exclusive in-game items:

'Wings of Delicacies' Wind Glider x1
'Celebration: Crispy and Sweet' Namecard x1

Genshin Impact x McDonald's collab redemption code details

The redemption codes available for purchasing food items and meals during the Genshin Impact x McDonald's collab will be valid until October 29, 2024, 23:59:59 (UTC -9). All redemption codes need to be used within this specified period, after which they will become invalid.

Redemption codes obtained via this collab can be used only for America, Europe, Asia, and TW/HK/MO servers. Each redemption code can be used only once per Genshin Impact account. Additionally, players who have reached a minimum of Adventure Rank 2 are eligible to claim these redemption codes.

They can be claimed in-game or through the official website. Rewards will be sent to players via in-game mail on their Genshin Impact accounts.
