While in the Lesser Zone in Stalker 2, you can find the Weird Flower artifact by visiting the Poppy Field.

Head to the Zalissya base. From there, travel northwest until you reach the Poppy Field. The artifact is located near an L-shaped house. Once you're in the location, look for a blue flower nestled among the red poppies. Be quick to grab it and leave, as the area can be hazardous.

You also need to visit this location while undertaking The Poppy Field side mission in Stalker 2. If you don't have access to the side mission yet, talk to Mityay at Hamster's store in Zalissya. You can complete the side mission and collect the Weird Flower artifact simultaneously.
