Where to find The Drowned Assault Rifle in Stalker 2

The Drowned Assault Rifle can be found near the Slag Heap camp in the Garbage region of the map. You will come to this location quite early on during the story. To find the weapon, go to the spot marked in the image above and you will find a man standing on the broken bridge. It's not a DLC weapon like the Fora-221 Lullaby AR in Stalker 2, and you can find it regardless of the edition of the game you purchased.

Once you approach him, you can talk to him and he will reveal that he has dropped his weapon in the water. Jump down from the bridge and you will be able to spot The Drowned Assault Rifle in Stalker 2 lying beside the puddle of water. Grab the weapon and bring it back to the man, and while talking with him, select the option to keep it as even if you give it back to him, he won't reward you with anything valuable.

The weapon will be in poor condition when you find it so make sure to take it to a Technician first to repair it. This particular firearm uses VOG-25 grenades, but the biggest advantage it has over the other AKM-74S that you can find is the quickdraw taped magazine that allows you to reload faster.
