How to obtain the secret Spamtom and Tenna cutscene in Deltarune Chapter 3

There’s a secret moment hidden in Deltarune Chapter 3 that brings Spamton back for a quick, unexpected appearance. If you've completed Chapter 2 and still have the necessary items, you can initiate a short but intriguing Spamton and Tenna cutscene towards the end of the TV World maze.

Here’s how to locate the cutscene and what you need before you get there.

Towards the end of Chapter 3, once you reach the TV World maze, go to the screen that’s two areas right from the Darkners Live concert save point. Head to the bottom of that screen, and look for a TV screen with a static green smiley face on it. It’ll look slightly different from the rest.

Interact with it and you’ll be taken into a bonus room. Inside, there’s a blue drawer. Open it — the scene won’t start unless you’ve got the right item equipped.

What you need to trigger Spamton’s appearance

Spamton will only show up if one of your party members has either the Puppetscarf or the Dealmaker equipped. You can get these items after defeating Spamton NEO in Chapter 2. If you skipped that fight or didn’t get the items, the cutscene won’t happen.

As long as you have one of them equipped, open the drawer to trigger the entire cutscene. Spamton will jump out and talk to Tenna. It's short, but it connects both characters in a fun way and adds to the story.

What happens on the Snowgrave route?

If you’re coming in from the Snowgrave route, the cutscene changes. Even if you have the Puppetscarf or Dealmaker, Spamton won’t appear. You’ll still get a version of the cutscene, although it’ll be different — quieter and slightly off, fitting the route’s tone.
