For that, click on the player's card from the "My Team" menu and click on "Level training Program" to level up the card. The best way to level up this card using minimum Training Programs is:

- 6x Exp. 1,000 Level Training programs
Now, click on the "Player Progression" option to update his stats using Progression Points. The latter is earned by training the card to the max level.
