As depicted in the livestream near the end of version 1.3, this patch brings two new 5-star characters - Topaz and Jingliu. The Warp banner ends on November 14, 2023 (14:59, server time) and features the following characters in a boosted rate-up:Topaz & Numby: The 5-star unit is in focus for this banner. Topaz has a 50% chance of appearing if players trigger a 5-star draw during this period. Topaz will be guaranteed if the previous 5-star was a non-featured unit.Luka: One of the three 4-star characters in this banner. Luka is a rerun unit.Sushang: One of the three 4-star characters in this banner. Sushang is a rerun unit.Guinaifen: The third 4-star character of this banner. Guinaifen is a new unit to version 1.4 and makes her debut with this banner.All three 4-star characters except Topaz will be available in the permanent Stellar Warp banner once the Warp event ends.
