After entering Xion, you need to go to the Wasteland as part of the main story's quest. Then, you have to open the map and spot a smiling-face icon labeled Scrap Yard.

After that, these are the steps you need to follow to get Nano Element in Stellar Blade:

Reach Scrap Yard, where you will encounter a robot named D1G-g2r stuck in a crane, unable to move and asking for help.
To free the robot, reset the claw crane control system marked by three points on the map.
Interact with the points in a specific order: first the marker on the ride side, then the one on the southern side, and the last one in the center.
After completing the task, the robot will be free, and the quest will be finished.

The entity will then transform into a merchant offering different items for sale. Once the robot changes its form, it will offer Nano Element in Stellar Blade with different variations to suit players' needs.

To purchase it, you will need Micro items acquired by defeating the enemies or locating them in various places. Having enough of these means you can purchase as many Nano Elements as you want.
