As specified, Wuthering Waves 1.3 will feature a brand new 5-star character in the first phase banner, set to release with the update on September 29, 2024, at 11 am (UTC+8). The second phase of patch 1.3 will kick off on October 24, 2024, at 10 am (server time), introducing the first rerun banner in the game.

Among them, Shorekeeper and Youhu are the only new characters in patch 1.3. Interestingly, both Shorekeeper and Youhu will take on the role of support units, given their ability to heal allies while buffing their damage in some way.
