2. Alberto Ascari
When a list of all the Ferrari legends is ever drawn up, Alberto Ascari is one of the first names to be there. In the 1952 season, Ascari won all the 6 races that he participated in. Added to that, he even registered the fastest lap in all 6 of them. To add further to his dominance on the season, he was on pole for 5 of them, missing out on a perfect season by just 1 pole.
He continued this dominance in the next season as well, winning 5 races in 1953. Is there any doubt that he won the title both seasons?
