Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton was spotted with author Martha Stewart, who also shared a picture with tennis legend Serena Williams at the Paris Olympics on Sunday, August 4. The seven-time world champion has been enjoying the summer break after finishing the first half of the 2024 F1 season on a high, winning two of the last three races in Silverstone and Spa.

The Brit will enter the second half of the season high on confidence, given his performances and results in recent races, coinciding with the improvements in the W15.

With Formula 1 currently on summer break, Lewis Hamilton put all his focus on cheering for his good friend Miles Chamley-Watson in his fencing event at the Paris Olympics. While he was in the French capital, he was spotted with author Martha Stewart, with the latter also posting a picture with tennis legend Serena Williams.

Lewis Hamilton sat in Chamley-Watson's corner during his fencing matches and was spotted alongside R&B legend Snoop Dogg, snowboarding icon Shaun White, and American actress Nina Dobrev, who is also White's partner.


Lewis Hamilton extends his support to Miles Chamley-Watson

Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton was present at the fencing event and was one of the first people to console his best friend Miles Chamley-Watson after he was unable to win his bronze medal match against France.

"Such an amazing experience to be at the Olympics and feel the energy of the crowd. The dedication, focus, and resilience of these competitors is incredible to witness up close."

The seven-time world champion will next feature at the 2024 Dutch Grand Prix after the summer break and will head into the race with rejuvenated energy. The second half of the year will feature the British driver's final races with the German team, given his move to Ferrari in 2025.

He is currently P6 in the driver's championship with 150 points from 14 races and three sprints, and is 12 points behind Ferrari's Carlos Sainz with 10 races and three sprints remaining in the 2024 season.
