Playing XI Updates

Dhaka Dynamites

Shakib and co will be beaming with confidence after their superlative run at Dhaka resulting in four wins out of four.

They have been dominant with bat and ball with their overseas players leading the way. Local talent such as Aliss Islam and Rony Talukdar have also come up with the goods when necessary and management will be hoping for more of the same from the Dynamites.

Possible XI: Zazai, Narine, Talukdar, Shakib(C), Pollard, Russell, Hom, Nurul(WK), Aliss, Rubel, and Naim Sheikh

Rajshahi Kings

The team looks fairly settled despite the team lying mid-table. Mehidy Hasan has led the side well with the all-rounder promoting himself in the batting order to relative success.

Laurie Evans' form is a cause for concern with the Sussex batsman not able to get in terms with the Bangladeshi conditions.

Jonker should keep his place in the side while bowling looks good with Isuru Udana and Mustafizur Rahman leading the way with their canny cutters.

Possible XI: Mominul, Mehidy(C), Sarkar, Jonker, Zakir(WK), Evans, Ten Doeschate, Udana, Mustafizur, Sunny and Islam Rabbi.

Fantasy Tips and Suggestions

Wicket-keeper

Former Bangladesh U-19 Wicketkeeper, Zakir Hasan should be backed over Nurul Hasan considering his batting position in the team and also current form.

Nurul Hasan hasn't been able to get adequate chances due to the presence of world-class all-rounders ahead of him which makes Zakir Hasan a better option.

Batsmen

Hazratullah Zazai took the league by storm with his opening day fifty against the Kings. He will be hoping for more of the same against the same opponents and should be valuable selection into any fantasy side.

Either of Kieron Pollard or Rony Talukdar are viable picks as well. Soumya Sarkar has been lukewarm this season and much is expected from the stylish left-hander.

His medium pace could also come in handy which makes him a key selection to this team. Mominul Haque is also a useful pick to go by.

All-rounders

The presence of world-class all-rounders makes it difficult to leave them out of the fantasy side. Dhaka Dynamites' trio of Shakib Al Hasan, Sunil Narine and Andre Russell all of whom provide the complete package of extensive hitting, accurate bowling and faultless fielding are the ideal set of players to abide by.

Mehidy Hasan is also a great selection but with the aforementioned trio in the frame, Mehidy will have to be overlooked.

Bowlers

Isuru Udana and Mustafizur Rahman have been great for the Kings with their slower deliveries ruling the roost for the Kings.

Both of them along with breakout star, Aliss Islam are great picks. Aliss Islam had an unforgettable debut as Dhaka stole victory from the Rangpur Riders and his variations are what makes him an invaluable asset.

Captain

Shakib Al Hasan is arguably the best all-rounder in the world right now. The Bangladeshi is the glue to brings the Dhaka act together and is primed to put in a good show on Wednesday.

Sunil Narine and Soumya Sarkar are also options for captain with their penchant for destruction in the powerplay overs.
