A lack of depth in their fast bowling resources, Arundhati Reddy should keep her place while Harleen Deol could be replaced with Anuja Patil to add more strength to their bowling unit.

This leaves Jemimah or Mithali Raj to bat at the top of the order, letting either of them to play themselves in and make a greater impact on the proceedings.
