#2 Jordan Henderson

Henderson is still an important player at Liverpool

Despite all the changes that Liverpool's squad has undergone over the past few years, Jordan Henderson remains a key figure. The 28-year-old's tireless work-rate means that he fits into Jurgen Klopp's high-intensity style, however, his ability on the ball has always been questionable.

The England International adds little creativity to the Liverpool side, and his goalscoring threat is nonexistent. During big games, the midfielder is also often dominated by the best players in the Premier League, and Henderson is not on the same level as teammates such as Salah and Mane. Overall, Henderson is a man who should be subbed on to bring energy to his side, however, it is questionable if he has the ability to start for a team chasing the league title.

#1 Petr Cech

Despite claims that Arsenal's defensive issues would be solved upon Cech's arrival in 2014, things have actually gotten a lot worse. Over the last four seasons, the goalkeeper has made a series of high profile mistakes, including two on his Arsenal debut that didn't exactly set a positive tone for the future.

The goalkeeper has continually made mistakes in important matches, and during Wenger's final years the team looked better with David Ospina in goal. Emery's arrival this summer has also highlighted the goalkeeper's inability to distribute the ball, and at one point he nearly kicked the ball into his own net while under no pressure. The Czech goalkeeper has been in decline since 2011, and unfortunately at this point, Cech is simply living off the reputation he earned during his successful time with Chelsea.
