#2 Manuel Neuer
Hard to imagine but the second player on this list is another Bayern Munchen player, Manuel Neuer. Neuer is 32 years old and he is not the same goalkeeper he has been before his last injury. He is on a real decline and his level has dropped off. He hasn't found his fitness and rhythm again and now he doesn’t look like his old himself. Joachim Low must realize that Neuer needs to be dropped especially with another world-class goalkeeper in their squad who definitely deserves his chance. Marc Andre Ter Stegen is one of the best goalkeepers in the world right now.
Ter Stegen has been on the highest level for a while really and he deserves to become Germany's No.1. It's quite unbelievable that Ter Stegen hasn't been the first choice in Russia.
