#1 Paul Pogba
Not every story has a happy ending. Pogba's fairytale return in 2016 was ushered by a wave of expectation that the glory days would come back to Old Trafford. His world record transfer fee has not been fully justified given his on and off performances. His value is still high given that he is a World Cup winner and has had his best individual scoring run of his career in the 2018/2019 season.
On the flip side, United have a player with different spots. One is never sure of what he'll do next. Pogba has openly flirted with Real Madrid and the prospect of working with Zinedine Zidane. Now would be a good time for United to sell him for about 80 million pounds. Madrid certainly can pay up for his services. This will free up some money to reinvest in the summer. United don't have Champions League next season so they'll be better off with hardworking signings who will fight for the club rather than Pogba-like quality who disappear in games.
