#1 Timo Werner

The German is one of the most prolific strikers in world football and is a primary target of numerous clubs and Barcelona need to join the race for his signature.

Werner managed just 13 goals for Leipzig in the league this past season, but struck a respectable 21 goals the season before that. Werner is one of the most lethal finishers from in and around the box, and perfectly suited to Barcelona's style of play. He is not the strongest in the air, but then he doesn't really need to be.

With Dembele struggling for consistency, Barca could opt to play Messi down the right, Suarez on the left and Werner through the middle which would make it arguably the greatest attacking trio in Europe.

Werner will be a part of his first World Club this time around and would be hoping to contribute extensively to Germany's campaign. The 22-year-old is valued at over £80 million but that should not be too big a hit on the Barcelona coffers.
