#1 Adam Lallana

Adam Lallana has almost become synonymous with injuries since his switch from Southampton to Liverpool. He made the move to Merseyside before the start of the 2014-15 season but has never got to be regular starter at the club, barring his first season.

In the last two seasons, the Englishman has only mustered 31 appearances in all competitions, a rocky run that has been curtailed by injury after injury.

At 31, Lallana is still one of the most hardworking midfielders across the landscape; someone who runs down the channels tirelessly and plays safe football. However, as we've seen over the last 20 months or so, the innovative edge is missing from the playmaker.

Due to the setbacks off the field, Lallana has lost that sharpness in his game and therefore, the goals too seem to have dried up. It now might be wise of the management to offload the central midfielder.

Not to mention, in a midfield setup comprising of the ever-so-consistent Georiginio Wijnaldum, Jordan Henderson, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, James Milner, Naby Keita, and the robust Fabinho, it might be hard for Lallana to fetch some regular game time under his belt.
