3 players who could leave Arsenal this summer

Arsenal v Bayern Munich: Premier League International Cup
Reine-Adelaide is the latest player to leave the club

#2 Danny Welbeck

Arsenal FC v Atletico Madrid - UEFA Europa League Semi Final Leg One
Welbeck could be sold by Emery

The England international hardly played for England in the Russia World Cup but is still on his extended holidays. That would mean that Emery has little time to decide whether he should keep Welbeck on his side. However, given that most attacking players have already returned to training and participated in pre-season friendlies, it could possibly give Emery a better indication of Welbeck's importance.

Under Wenger's reign, the former Manchester United player was often injured and on the bench. Arsenal fans love him because he always has the knack of scoring against his old side. However, it has to be admitted that Welbeck may not feature much for the club.

The 27-year-old forward joined Arsenal back in 2014 and made 112 appearances thus far. In the process, he has scored 27 goals and provided 14 assists. Similar to Lucas Perez, Welbeck could be seen as an extra player on the team. According to the latest reports, the Gunners are in talks with regards to offloading the striker. Newcastle and Everton seem like two parties keen on signing the player. His contract would end next summer and if Arsenal wants to get some cash from selling him, the club would have to do so in the coming weeks.
