One thing great about Kolasinac is that whenever he has the ball, he is eager to charge down the flanks and help his side in the attack. It has become a common sight to see the defender running with the ball from his own half into the final third. More often than not, because of his strong physique, there are hardly any opponents who are capable of bringing him down or stopping his play.

Admittedly, Kolasinac is not the best finisher and at times, he misplaces his passes in the final third. However, his relentless desire to get forward is surely something that should be applauded. Hector Bellerin saw his season come to an end early after a serious knee ligament injury. Thankfully, the right-back is set to return to action in the early half of the next season. If Kolasinac and Bellerin are both fit to operate on the wings, Arsenal's attacking threat will certainly be stronger than it has ever been.

Besides that, the former Schalke 04 player also suits Emery's style of play. Emery enjoys getting his team to play the ball from the back and Kolasinac is more than capable of holding the ball from deep before single-handledly bringing it forward. This ought to be something that Emery loves to see since it is the style of football which he has been advocating. This season alone, he has laid seven assists in 18 Premier League games. It illustrates his potential to add creativity to the team. Given that Kolasinac fits well into Emery's system of play, he should remain as an Arsenal player even after the summer break.
