Ryan Fraser needs no introduction with the Bournemouth winger tearing up the Premier League this season with his amazing pace. The Scot is currently level with Eden Hazard and Christian Eriksen in the assists charts with 12 so far this season and is being targeted by a number of clubs including Arsenal this season.

With Alex Iwobi and Henrikh Mkhitaryan the only two natural wide players at Arsenal at the moment, signing a winger this summer is a priority and Ryan Fraser fits the bill perfectly. Since Bournemouth got promoted to the Premier League, Fraser's role at the club has been increasing each season.

He has notched up a total of 15 goals and 23 assists in his 3 years in the Premier League and just like Joan Jordan, Fraser might not be a star player, but the 25-year-old has been playing in the Premier League for the last 3 years and has already proved himself in the English top flight. It would be better to invest in him, a player who needs no time to adjust to the ways of the Premier League rather than a foreign export who might or might not deliver immediately.

Fraser is currently valued at around £20 to £25 million but given that he just has one year left on his current contract, Arsenal might be able to get him for lesser than that. All the Arsenal fans might be eager to see a big name winger join the club, but Arsenal needs to be smart with their signings as Fraser fits the bill perfectly.
