The transfer will obviously be a boost for Thomas Tuchel's side as the manager spoke about the necessity of another midfielder. Adrien Rabiot is set to leave the club when his contract expires and moreover, starlets like Neymar and Marco Verratti remains injured, which made Tuchel desperate for reinforcements in the squad.
Bringing in a dynamic midfielder like Paredes will provide Thomas Tuchel's side with the necessary ammunition to fight in Europe. Paredes can provide the likes of Di Maria with space and freedom while going forward and pick out forwards like Cavani and Mbappe with his pinpoint passes.
