Mourinho is not content with his current options in defence and wants to add at least one new face in his ranks in defence. He has earmarked two defenders who he is willing to let go in order to bring in that one defender and the names that are in question are Marcos Rojo and Matteo Darmian.
Recent reports suggest that Everton are really interested in the Argentinian defender who can play centre-back as well as left back. He was brought to the club by Louis Van Gaal during his first season in charge of the club for a fee in the region of £20 million. Given the current rates at which players are being transferred, Man Utd can surely expect to receive a fee in excess of £25 million.
